Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders exceeding AED 2000 within the UAE.
Shipping Charges (UAE)
- Standard Shipping: AED 20
- Cash on Delivery (COD): AED 20
Delivery Time
Delivery will be completed within 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed on the next working day.
Important Delivery Information
- A signature is required upon delivery for prepaid orders.
- For COD orders, a signature may be required at the time of delivery.
- Once a shipment has been signed for, the product is no longer under the liability of UAEJJ Store.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.
Order Changes & Cancellation
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or the delivery address changed.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch confirmation is issued.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

Returns & Exchanges (Online Orders)
If you wish to return or exchange your order:
- Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to provide a fair and transparent return policy.
1. No Cash Refunds
Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags intact.
- Original invoice is required.
3. Credit Note Policy
- If exchange is not preferred, a Credit Note Voucher will be issued.
- The voucher includes invoice details and a barcode.
- It can be used at any branch for future purchases.
- The value will be applied at checkout upon barcode scanning.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible.
- Discounted or promotional items may not be eligible (if applicable).
5. General Conditions
- All terms are stated on the invoice.
