Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING
We provide free shipping for orders exceeding a certain amount. 
Orders more than AED 1000 in UAE.
 
SHIPPING COST IN THE UAE
AED 20 on orders below AED 500.
 
Cash on Delivery (COD)
AED 20
 
Delivery time
1 to 3 working days
 
Notes:
Orders placed after 3pm (UAE time) will be processed the next working day.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
  • For prepaid orders, a signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment. For Cash on Delivery Orders, a signature may or may not be taken. 
  • Once the package has been signed for, the product is no longer under UAEJJ Store liability.
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
  • If you want to return or exchange your order, registered users must log in to your registered account. Go to your ‘My Account’ and to ‘Returns & Exchanges’ and submit a request within 3 days of receiving your order. For guest users, must submit a request via the ‘Track Your Order’ page within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • If your order has already been placed, you can no longer edit your order or change your address.  
  • If you want to cancel your order, log into your account and go to ‘My Orders’. For guest users, go to the ‘Track Your Order’ page. You can cancel your order up until the point where you receive a notification email that the items have been dispatched and sent to the address specified by you. If the items have been dispatched, your order can no longer be cancelled.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND HOW?
UAEJJ collects personal information in several ways: (i) when you place an order and (ii) register for a service offered by UAEJJ store. By registering at UAEJJ Store, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. For a personalized experience that's relevant to customer liking, we also record gender information. Through this we're able to provide product suggestions, website experiences and off-site communication that is relevant to the particular gender.

If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone number, shipping and credit/debit card billing address(es) so that we can process and complete your order.

Credit/debit card details saved will never be shared with third parties, and will only be used to process your order using our payment partner's system (  ). Additionally, we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. We will ask for your telephone number. This number will be given to our courier for delivery services. These details will allow us to process your order and keep you informed about the status of your order.

Returns Policy
UAEJJ Store wants to always ensure your complete satisfaction with the items. Credit card returns will be credited back to your card. Cash on Delivery order returns will be credited back to your Account.
In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.

Q: Can I pay using Card On Delivery?
A: We currently do not have a ‘card on delivery’ payment option.
 
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We offer the following payment methods:
  • Debit / Credit Card - Visa/Mastercard
  • Cash On Delivery (COD) option  
  • Apple Pay - For iOS users    
 
Q: What should I do if my payment is on hold?
A: If the estimated delivery date has passed and the payment is on hold, it means there might be an issue and Contact us in this case is the best option.
In this case, please communicate with us directly so that we can check the system and advise you with the updates. You can reach us via email or by calling us.
 
Q: My credit card details have been rejected, what do I do?
A: There are a few common checks to make that may help:
1-    Please, ensure the card details are entered correctly 
2-    Card number
3-    Cardholder’s name
4-    CVV (three digits on the back of the card)
5-    Expiry date
6-    Ensure the 3D OTP is entered correctly & is not expired.
7-    Ensure that you have sufficient funds on your card.
